I presently own a pair of CCM Vector 6's on an E width and have quite wide feet, they're not exactly comfy but are getting better the more i skate them.....

i've noticed that mission offer an EE width fitting, would this be any wider than what i have ??

whilst i'm happy with my Vectors i'm not adverse to buying a pair of Heiium's if they'd be more comfortable...... its hard to find knowledgeable people on hockey stuff in london...

thanks

Matt

Yes, the Mission EE will run wider than CCM E width. Although, as you mentioned, "quality" skates do eventually conform to the player's unique foot shape. Another option would be to install Superfeet footbeds. These supportive footbeds will keep the foot in the neutral position that the boot was sewn around. When you apply weight to the foot by standing, an unsupported foot will have a larger footprint. With Superfeet footbeds, the footbed will support the arch from collapsing and align your ankle properly allowing your foot to have a narrow and shorter footprint, allowing your skates to fit better.
