I am not saying vapor X or XX why are so many high on the vapor xxx? Give me the pros and cons on them. light? good slash protection? Strong thumb lock? why do you like them. Most of you know i have a fetish with gloves, i may have to try these out. For now I'm a Mia guy but............Ya never know

stick with mias they are great gloves they vapor xxx's are pretty good but the palms are weak and its not worth it

I love my vapor xxx's, the palms are weak but thats the price you pay for performance. Lightest glove i have ever used, and are suprisingly protective. They offer great feel and mobility. I thought about getting a pair of MIA gloves but ended up deciding on the vapor xxx.

pros: very light, protective, great wrist movement, best thumb lock(IMO, it isn't like super-stiff but it gives great control), fingers are easy to maneuver.

cons: palms wear fast, a little bulky

they arent leather or carbon fibers, and the thin palms do give good responsiveness

I'm in the market for gloves and am curious what MIAs are that everyone keeps referring to? Are those Missions? If so, which pair in particular?

So is the concensus that the XXXs are good gloves, but not as good as MIAs?

MIA is a seperate company that makes only gloves and limited sticks. Their gloves are similar to Eagles but you can also get custom pairs. In general, MIA gloves and XXX's are both excellent gloves.

Personally I would get the XX's over the XXX's. The reason being that the XX's have a better palm and personally I find they give you a overall better feel for the stick. Plus they cost about 20 bucks less so I mean you can't go wrong, while saving money.
