I've been using a company here in Mass. that does jersey lettering/numbering for many years on blank jerseys. They are outstanding in their work and all to pro specs. If that's an option for you. About $50 for back and sleeve #'s
I've seen w/ coaching in the past, once the number peels … it has to be replaced. That's if it can be removed entirely.

can they do the flyers lettering and everything?... i would look into it if it could look exactly like the pros.. and also would they sew everything?
