fingers are a bit shorter on those. If you can tell me what glove your currently using and how the finger length on those is for ya, I might be able to help you choose 14 or 15

Hey guys, Over the past two seasons I've broke my pinky finger 3 times, my thumb twice, and my ring finger as a result of getting hit or falling on my hand. I use Bauer 4-rolls . Should I try another glove to protect my hands more? I would spend up to $150 at the most. Should I try pro-stocks? Any help is appreciated. Thanks:cool:

something with nice plastic inserts should work.

Franchises have nice inserts but can be pricey.

Warrior bonafides provide adequate protection in my experience.

Look for some pro stock 852's (RBK or CCM) as well. The inserts on those are nice.

I've been using RBK 9ks for the last 3 years and I think it may be time for a new pair. Most gloves I try on, the fingers are too small for me in size15(ie Bauer 4 roll), so what glove would fit like the 9k, but with a little tighter palm? I would buy another pair of 9ks, but the ventilation seems non-existant on my current 9ks.

Thanks

Completely different fit between franchises and TO.

TO is a really really tight fitting gloves, where as the franchises are a fairly roomier glove in the hand and fingers.

So, it all comes down to what sort of fit you're looking for.

As for the Luxes, haven't tried them on enough to give any feedback.

Warrior Bonafide, Easton Synergy EQ50 Elite, or Reebok 4-roll 9000? I'm looking something thats tighter in the plam and fingers and looser in the cuff. It doesnt have to be any of those three, I only play about twice a week.

I have one pair of Franchise, two pair of Luxes, a pair of Bonafides and a pair of projekts. Its a toss up for me between the Franchise and Luxes. Being 48 years old, I'm used to the loose fit of the Franchise, but the Luxes are becoming my favorites(the reason for two pair). Totally different fit and feel, but the Luxes seem more natural in how they fit your hand.

Try them both and see what you think. I don't think you can go wrong with either.

Hey guys I'm new here. I'm really stuck on what gloves to buy. I have really only used Tour. I play roller a lot. And my problem is ripping through the palms so quickly. I have started to like the Bauer gloves because of the skinnier for and the flex thumb. But the price is a little high. I'm not looking to spend much. 60-70 tops. I was told by total hockey that Torspo are good and they are comfortable and the palms have a big leather piece as well. I'm just not to sure on what to buy. Thanks guys
