We have had numerous players switch from Bauer with no issues. I am sure you will find the fit amazing, especially if you heat fit them.

I don't have a gram scale yet, but I do know that it is just over 2 pounds for a size 8.5 (with wheels on).

Couple local guys have picked up the CA9's and one I know of has the CA7, and they LOVE them. Used them in MIHA Tournament, and will be using them in this weeks AIHL Home opener.

I'm considering getting some of these for myself and team mates but it's the sizing that is the issue (would be buying on line as they aren't available in our country). Can you give us some guides on what a 25cm, 26cm and 28cm foot would fit? As a comparison a 25cm foot fits a Rbk 10k perfectly (with around 1mm - 2mm to spare).

I can tell you that my foot measures approximately 27.2 cm (size 10 US Shoe) and I wear a size 8.5 skate. Our sizing is close to Bauer as a reference.

Hmm, which Bauer line eg an RX60 is a different length to a XXV?
Your reference is a good guide, I'd say someone with an 27cm foot would fit an 8 and from this one can work out most sizes. Looks similar to Rbk sizing.

As a nice to have under the Xmas tree (and so people didn't have to hunt through forums and threads), it would be a step forward if manufacturers put/added an actual foot size reference instead of a vague US shoe size reference eg if your foot measures 25cm (heel against wall, measured to front of foot) then it "should" fit into a size 6 skate with around 1mm - 2mm spare.
