I'll try to buy more Pro Stock gear in the future. It's just hard to come by and you never know what you are going to get.

I did just get some Pro Stock Nike Bauer 4 Roll gloves. I just put them on the site.

"IW_Staff" I will send you a PM in a few with a better suggestion that will hopefully help IW out. It's really only a good idea to PM this info for soon to be obvious reasons but... yeah.

wonder whats brewing in that cauldron.

my suggestions: 1) have one item on (crazy) sale a day...kinda like 1saleaday.com. and 2) more 10-15% discounts for forum members!

Nothing big, PM was sent and seems like we're on the same page. That's good news.

I just felt that posting what I had PM-ed would have been disrespectful to the forum and possibly IW, in the public setting. Nothing special.

It would be nice if there was a description of the jr. XXR and the XVR. Without the description you dont know what wheel sizes the skates have. It would also be cool to add outdoor packages for skates that come with indoor wheels.
Ive been visiting other websites to find info about skates I would prefer to buy from you.

I definitely agree about the catalog, don't know if it's feasible from an economic standpoint, but I definitely love having a paper catalog to look at in class or when I'm bored and not around a computer, also good for kids to present their not so computer literate parents to get a view of what they want for a bday or xmas.

My Bad. I'll write a description right now.

Regarding catalogs, very expensive to produce and competitive price changes date catalogs too quick. My suggestion, by an iPhone for when you're not near a computer and print out a wish list for your parents. (Just having fun with you.) I love product catalogs too.

better yet let the monkey and other big chains print catologues and know whatever price they have, IW's are the same or cheaper, and with better service.

Default thanks

Hi,

thanks for giving us a suggestion box. IW is good but there is still room for improvement. I'd like to see some more pro stock items, a bigger and better clearance section, and more detailed descriptions for all items. I'd also like to see more curves available for sticks, you guys seem to run out too soon :)

i would like if IW had some of the tools like Epuck used to. for example how to bake skates. i think this would be really helpful for guys not near a pro shop with an oven. some of the other tools i dont remember off the top of my head but i think the baking tool would help alot of guys out.

Yea i really miss epuck. That was the first website i ever used for hockey, and it was so usefull. Now its a mere banana in the hand of a monkey.

I'm not sure how this would work, but say i'm ordering stuff from Ice warehouse and inline warehouse, is there a way to make the shopping cart carry over from one to the other? As is you can't say order a pair of inline and ice skates...just as an example. Also a general how to section, as previously mentioned would be awesome. Just some examples I've seen on different websites or ideas of my own, different ways of taping and waxing a stick, how to cut down a shaft and install a blade or plug, how to check a skate sharpening and how often to get sharpenings, how to bake skates, etc. I know all this can probably be found on the message board with a little searching, but a centralized section on the IW page or even a section on the message board with a stick would be amazing.

You should call, sometimes it makes it easier to order over the phone!

Suggestions: Carry andover tape! Graf waxed laces!

Also, a IW branded SMI bag might sell well, as long as you do it cleanly. SMI bags are some of the best in the world. Also, if you could talk them into making a SMI bag with a U-shaped opening, you could guarantee at LEAST 1 sale. ;)
