Anyone else see the resemblance...?

I play ice. And the black Vapors were a present for my birthday last year. They're a great glove. I just got the X70 off my teammate because the price was too god to pass up on. 40 for them is peanuts when they retail for over 140 over here. Plus I like them. Plus one of the team kit is white, the other black. Makes more sense now? It's all about PP. I know they're both differently fitting gloves, but I wanted to try out a looser fitting glove and see which one I prefer more. The X70 actually feels really nice. I prefer that fit to the Vapor, but then again you don't really notice the difference in a 1 on 1 situation... Then it's all about adrenaline rushing through your blood and the last thing you care about is the color of your glove.

The Spiderman photo was a followup reference to the previous post where AnthonyJTa had a link to the black Warriors.

looks like the lower end RBK ice skates I just saw in a LHS. All the gloves in the above posts look brand new. Mine are all beat up. 2 warrior, 1 xxx and 1 rbk … not sure what model … got them from Canada/Russia series.

OH....I know.....trust me, I noticed. Interesting take on the palms though.....I have to think in the back of my mind you did that due to lightness and feel, and also because of the customer service that you know that they will replace them once your single layer palm wears though. ;)

Good call.

Pro rep says their holding up well for his buddy in Anaheim. Not too worried that I'll beat them up... I wish they did the stitching for the overlay though, it looks soo odd!

Damn killer, what year are those? SWD always flex off my radar in anything besides sticks... Until my LHS got some gloves last season. Very impressive gloves.

Who knows! Dude said he used them for 2 seasons of roller hockey, but that model has to be from earlier this decade... From what I can tell in the photos, they look decent, they're perfectly cuffed for me, and for $20 I'll take the chance.

*grin*
