Default hay

go to the closest retailer and try on skate find some thing comfy

the skate should be a close fit no gaps so at first they wont feel like in door slippers
but ya get them as tight as possible but make sure u are not crunching your toes

If you have normal feet you'll be a D. If you have wide aka fat feet you'll be E or EE.

If you can buy your shoes at a normal store without needing special sizes im sure D will work just fine.
