HOCKEY WHEEL HARDNESS GUIDELINES | |
---|---|
Roller hockey wheel hardness or durometer should be decided on factors like a player's weight, skill level and playing surface. The higher the durometer rating, the harder the wheel. For example, an 82A wheel is perfect for rough outdoor surfaces while a 76A wheel excels indoors. More advanced players can also benefit from harder wheels since they can utilize the extra rebound and speed. |

Last longGood wheel for the price, lasts long and doesn’t wear down to quickly while playing on sport court.
Stylish and performanceRare to get a wheel that is both extremely stylish AND performs well on the rink. Revision has done it!
The best gripLove the Variant brand, best out of them all. They look good and last long.
LOTS of GripI have used the Variant line a few times in my hockey career. These are my absolute favs.
AmazingI’ve skated on many different wheels and none work as well for as long the Variant.
They have good grip for turns and stops, but they’re hard enough to be fast.
They really last. The performance stays high for a long time.
I highly recommend these.
So much GRIPAbsolutely love the variant brand. These new colors absolutely POP too.
I've tried all the brands now and Revision does two things far better than any wheel. They are soft in 74a and grip like glue yet are holding up just as well as a stronger 76A wheel, so far that means these are the best of both worlds, speed, grip and lasting longer than other gummy soft wheels. So far these are the best all around for sport court and a lighter faster player at 175lbs
