Shipping
Inline Warehouse processes and ships orders on business days (Monday - Friday). Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages, and there will be a separate charge for each shipment (if applicable). Separate tracking information will be provided once each package has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to become active in the shipping carrier's system.
Free Standard Shipping over $99
It's easy to qualify for free shipping with IW! Just select the free shipping option offered during checkout on orders over $99. Shipments under $99 qualify for $7.99 flat rate for shipping. Delivery will be provided by UPS or GLS, depending on your location.
The Following Restrictions Apply:
- Available for orders shipped to the contiguous United States only (excludes AK, HI, and international orders)
- Excludes oversized items that must ship on their own like goals, trainers and wheeled bags. Such items are marked on the product page as oversized
- Excludes PO boxes & APO addresses
- Drop Ship items ship directly from the manufacturer. The value of drop-ship items is not included in your order total when calculating shipping promotions.
$15 2-Day Air Shipping over $99
The expedited 2-Day shipping option is just $15 when your order value is over $99! Note that UPS and FedEx have both suspended guaranteed delivery dates, meaning the arrival date for your package(s) may be subject to change and shipping refunds for late arrivals are not being granted, but this is still the best way to get your gear fast without spending a fortune on shipping. At checkout, select the 2-Day Air option showing the promotional $15 price.

Shipping to Hotels and Freight Forwarding Addresses
When shipping to a freight forwarding service or hotel, please be aware that our policy regarding replacements and refunds may be affected. If your package is confirmed as delivered according to tracking information but is subsequently misplaced, we regret to inform you that you may not be eligible for a replacement or refund. Additionally, a signature will be required on packages delivered to these addresses.
We recommend ensuring that the receiving location is secure and reliable. By choosing to ship to a freight forwarding service or hotel, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Thank you for your understanding!
In Store Pickup (CA & GA)
We are currently offering In Store Pickup! Simply place your order online and select the "In Store Pickup" option for your Shipping Method. Within 1-2 business days of your order being confirmed by email, you will be notified by email that your order is ready for pickup.

Returns
90 Day Returns
Feel free to make returns or exchanges on any items bought from Inline Warehouse. For a full refund or exchange, ensure that products are returned in new, store-bought condition in their original packaging within 90 days from the original invoice date. Products returned in used or worn condition within the 90-day window are eligible for store credit, with a 10% restocking fee deducted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and while we prioritize your satisfaction with your purchases, please note that excessive used returns may impact your eligibility for store credit on such returns. Certain items are excluded from used returns - refer to the exclusions section below for a complete list.
Free Return Shipping
Free return shipping applies only to orders within the 48 contiguous United States. This offer does not extend to orders shipped internationally, to APO/FPO, Alaskan or Hawaiian addresses, or U.S. territories. Every package delivered within the 48 contiguous United States includes a complimentary UPS Ground return label. Certain items are excluded from the free return shipping program; refer to the exclusions section below for a complete list.
Exclusions
- Customized items (e.g., apparel, bags, jerseys, gloves, assembled shaft and blade, skates) are non-returnable.
- Free return shipping is not applicable to sticks, shafts, hockey goals, wheeled gear bags, case quantities, and drop ship items.
- Returns are not accepted for used sticks, shafts, blades, helmets, wheels, pucks/balls, jocks, apparel, mouthguards, and skate parts.
Return Forms
In your package, you will receive an invoice that has a return form on the back, you can also download the returns form that applies to your order above.
Instructions for Domestic Returns
Once you have your returns form filled out, place the items you would like to return back into the original shipping box, soft pack, or similar shipping container. Place your returns form in the package and securely tape your shipment closed.
Attach the enclosed UPS return label to the outside of the box or soft pack. Write down the tracking number located on the return shipping label to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse. Remove or black out any other labels.
Drop the box off at any authorized UPS Service Station or UPS building. To find the UPS Service Station closest to you click here. You can also return your shipment by handing your package to a UPS driver. Your return will be processed within 3 business days once it arrives back at IW.
If you request an exchange, the product you have requested will be shipped back to you free of charge via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
Instructions for International Returns
Once you have your returns form filled out, place the items you would like to return back into the original shipping box, soft pack, or similar shipping container. Place your returns form in the package and securely tape your shipment closed.
Ship the return package back to the following address with your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking information. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Write down the tracking number for the return from your preferred shipping carrier to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse.

Any customs fee incurred by Inline Warehouse will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges and customs fees that were assessed on the original order are non-refundable.
Instructions for Returning a Gift
Follow the instructions above based on your location, using the Gift Returns Form instead of the Form found on the back of the invoice.
Defective Items and Warranties
If you receive an item that is broken or defective prior to use, contact IW immediately to arrange for replacement or credit.
For defects or damage that occurs after an item has been used, it is subject to the warranty terms that vary by item and manufacturer. Please contact us about return procedures for any product you believe to be defective.
All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
