While we are a US based company, international orders can be placed through the website. Online order email confirmations will be sent to your personal mail account within 24 hours.

Please note that international orders may be subject to restrictions that are not applied to US based orders.

Payment Methods

Inline Warehouse accepts payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover), PayPal, Venmo and wire transfer. All orders are processed in USD currency. If a credit card is used for the purchase, the issuing credit card company will bill the charge in your local currency at the current exchange rate.

In an effort to protect the security of our customers, authorization information may be required for international purchases. International orders awaiting information will be held up to 5 days before being cancelled.

Some brands we carry may not be shipped outside of the United States. These items have restrictions noted on the product page.

Delivery Addresses

Inline Warehouse reserves the right to prohibit shipment to any international or United States address that has a history of fraudulent orders or customs and delivery issues. If delivery to a hotel or freight forwarding address is requested, the customer assumes all liability for the package upon proof of delivery. Additionally, a signature will be required on all delivery services to these addresses. Inline Warehouse will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation. Abandoned packages are not eligible for retrieval.

Returns

Items must be in new, store-bought condition for a full refund. Used or worn products qualify for store credit minus a 10% restocking fee. Certain items, including customized equipment, sticks, shafts, blades, pucks/balls, helmets, apparel, mouthguards, and skate parts, are not eligible for return. Please ensure products are returned in their original packaging, within a separate shipping box.

Any customs fee incurred by Inline Warehouse will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges and customs fees that were assessed on the original order are non refundable.

Shipping Options

The international shipping services offered for your order will be dependent on the items and shipping destination for your order.

To view international shipping rates and estimated delivery times for your specific items, place the items you would like to order in the shopping cart. In the "Calculate Shipping" box, select your country then click the arrow to view the available rates. This shipping quote does not include duties and import taxes imposed by your home country. Estimated delivery times do not include any customs delays.

World Mail

Delivery is expected in 3-6 weeks. World Mail is a UPS International Mail service and is available for all orders weighing less than 2 pounds with a value lower than $75 USD. Packages are delivered via the local postal system in the destination country. Neither World Mail nor local delivery services provide tracking information.

USPS Express Mail

Delivery is expected 7-14 days and is available for all orders with a value lower than $200 USD. A limited tracking system is available via the United States Postal Service.

Federal Express International Economy

Delivery is expected 5-7 business with comprehensive tracking provided by FedEx.

Federal Express International Priority

Delivery is expected 2-5 business with comprehensive tracking provided by FedEx.

UPS Worldwide Express

Delivery is expected 1-3 business days with comprehensive tracking provided through UPS.

Taxes, Duties & Fees

There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. We strongly suggest that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase.

If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs and duty charges will be billed to you by Inline Warehouse. Once a package enters your country, these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not.

Inline Warehouse will not issue a credit or refund in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees, refusal or abandonment.

Feel free to make returns or exchanges on any items bought from Inline Warehouse. For a full refund or exchange, ensure that products are returned in new, store-bought condition in it's original packaging within 90 days from the original invoice date. Products returned in used or worn condition within the 90-day window are eligible for store credit, with a 10% restocking fee deducted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and while we prioritize your satisfaction with your purchases, please note that excessive used returns may impact your eligibility for such returns. Item that are excluded from used returns: sticks, shafts, blades, helmets, wheels, pucks/balls, jocks, apparel, mouthguards, and skate parts.
