Overview
The K2 Alexis 80 BOA is comfortable and easy like the other Alexis 80 models, but here it is with BOA Turn-Dial Speed Lacing! It quickly, easily AND evenly tightens around your foot without having to battle any laces.
Composite plastic frames (not removable - not adjustable) dampen vibrations to help smooth your ride. Speed is kept manageable and control high with K2 80mm 80A Wheels (ABEC5 Bearings). The wheels are on the soft side to work well indoors for roller rink skating. They will also smooth out bumps and cracks outdoors. Down the line when having too much fun to handle, consider replacing the wheels with harder (82A or higher) wheels for improved speed and durability. K2 SoftBoots (integrated liners - not removable) are well ventilated and comfortable right out of the box.
What's the difference between these and the new Alexis 80 Boa Skate?

Sizing Chart
GENERAL SKATE SIZING GUIDELINES | |
---|---|
Measure both feet with socks similar to those in which you intend to skate. Then use the measurement of the longest point and reference the model-specific size chart to determine size. How to Measure Your Feet for Skates. | |
Proper fit has the toes not being cramped against the front. Toes may slightly brush the front as heels will settle back when in the skating position. Try on skates indoors while in a seated position. Lace and buckle both skates, tap your heels to the floor, and then stand and bend your knees to simulate the skating position. How to Try on Inline Skates for Fit. | |
K2 Guidelines: Ordering US shoe size works for most. Add .5cm for a relaxed fit and 1.0cm if having wide feet. |
